It's been a while since my last post. I was energized by the surge of interested buyers toward the end of the year. Along with that surge, however, came the decline in available homes on the market to sell. So I guess that's the world of Real Estate.
I look optimistacally at 2013 as a year of continued growth in our local Georgia economy. This of course, will lend itself to more home sales and eventually more increase in our home prices as less foreclosures enter the market. Seller's get ready...it's your time again!
